Booking Procedures and T&C’s

* You are welcome to make a reservation via telephone,  email or our website booking form.

* All bookings require a 50% deposit of the total stay within 72 hours (3 days) of making the reservation.  Should the deposit not be received as requested, Uitwaaien reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any verbal or written notice.

* Written confirmation will be provided upon booking request and the deposit required will be quoted.

* Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of above-mentioned deposit.

* Balance of booking total to be settled 14 days prior to arrival whereby written confirmation of your booking will be sent to you with all relevant details.

* Amendments to a reservation involving the arrival and departure dates are considered to be cancellation and will attract the following charges:

(Please note: No verbal cancellations will be accepted, all cancellations must be done via email or fax)

– 100% Cancellation charge for total services reserved for “no-shows”, non-arrivals without written cancellation;

– 80% Cancellation charge for total services reserved if cancelled between 14 and 1 days prior to arrival;

– 50% Cancellation charge for total services reserved if cancelled between 31 and 15 days prior to arrival;

– R100 Cancellation charge for administrative fee if cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival.

* Breakages Policy – All breakages are for the guests account and must be settled upon departure
